This Privacy Policy explains how Step Technology Co., Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use our mobile application NeonTunnelX (the “App”).
This policy applies to all users of NeonTunnelX. The App is distributed on Google Play Store under a personal developer account, while all business and data-related operations are fully controlled by Step Technology Co., Limited.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your name, phone number, email, or ID card information.
We automatically collect the following non-personal / device-related information when you use the App:
- Device information: device model, operating system version, screen parameters, network status.
- Advertising Identifier: Android Advertising ID (AAID). This identifier is used for advertising display and statistics.
- App usage statistics: app session duration, interaction events, crash and diagnostic logs.
- IP address for basic network connection and anti-fraud purposes.
2. How We Use Collected Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Provide, maintain and optimize the normal operation of NeonTunnelX.
- Serve advertisements via third-party advertising SDKs, analyze ad performance, and improve advertising relevance.
- Troubleshoot crashes, fix bugs and improve application stability.
- Prevent fraud and secure our service.
3. Third-Party SDKs & Data Sharing
Our App integrates AppLovin MAX mediation SDK for mobile advertising monetization. AppLovin and its mediated advertising partners may receive and process device-related data including advertising ID, device info, and ad interaction data for advertising purposes.
This data will be transferred to AppLovin and other advertising networks for interest-based ad delivery, ad measurement and performance statistics.

We will not sell your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.
We will not share your information with third parties except:
- Required by law, court order or government authority;
- Necessary for the operation of third-party SDK services you agree to use.
4. User Rights & Your Choices
Android Advertising ID
You may reset or opt-out of interest-based advertising in your Android system Settings → Privacy → Advertising. Resetting your advertising ID will change the identifier used for personalized ads.
GDPR / EEA / UK Users
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have rights to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of your personal data. You may contact us via email stated below to exercise these rights.
US State Privacy Rights
You have the right to opt-out of sale of your personal information, as applicable. We do not sell user personal data.
5. Data Security
We adopt standard industry technical measures (SSL encryption etc.) to protect device and usage data against unauthorized access, leakage or loss. Please note that no internet transmission method is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain device-related and usage data only for as long as necessary to fulfill purposes described in this policy. When data is no longer required, we will anonymize or delete such data.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our application is intended for general-age audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years old. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will remove such data immediately.
